For the second year in a row, David King, the CEO of the nation’s leading tax resolution firm, Optima Tax Relief, has won Glassdoor’s coveted TOP CEO award for 2019. Glassdoor bestows this award to company leaders across a number of countries, who earned the highest staff ratings across Glassdoor’s platform.
Glassdoor tracks employee reviews of senior management across 900,000 companies, with an average CEO rating of 69%. Optima Tax Relief’s David King, earned a 97% approval rating from his respective staff, putting him in the upper echelon of all CEOs within the Glassdoor database.
This award goes beyond measuring employment satisfaction. Glassdoor’s robust review process includes a number of factors, related not only to employee perceptions of CEO performance, but other workplace attributes as well.
