Goodman Networks, a leading provider of end-to-end field services solutions, today announces the successful integration of the talented people and assets of ATC. Effective January 1, 2020, the ATC employees and customers will be fully transitioned to Goodman Networks.
“I am so pleased to announce the successful integration of ATC and to again welcome the ATC team to Goodman Networks. The addition of ATC’s award-winning logistics and electronics VAR (Value-Added-Reseller) capabilities are critical to the company’s continued enhancement of our service offering to our customers. Having the right product and/or replacement part, at the right time, in our technicians’ hands is a critical success factor for in-home and commercial field services.”, said John Goodman, Goodman Networks’ Executive Chairman and CEO.
ATC, a $500M logistics and Value-Added Reseller (VAR), was acquired late in the third quarter of this year. Over the last three-months, under a Transition Services Agreement, the company worked through integrating the employees, customers, capabilities and assets into Goodman Networks. With the company’s continual focus to enhance the unifying of delivery of electronics with professional installation (or repair) is critical to serving our retailer and OEM customers’ customer.
