Goodman Networks, a leading provider of end-to-end field services solutions, today announces the successful integration of the talented people and assets of ATC. Effective January 1, 2020, the ATC employees and customers will be fully transitioned to Goodman Networks.

ATC, a $500M logistics and Value-Added Reseller (VAR), was acquired late in the third quarter of this year. Over the last three-months, under a Transition Services Agreement, the company worked through integrating the employees, customers, capabilities and assets into Goodman Networks. With the company’s continual focus to enhance the unifying of delivery of electronics with professional installation (or repair) is critical to serving our retailer and OEM customers’ customer.
