Ron Cadman’s latest real estate development is poised to take Phoenix by storm.

Ron Cadman, founder of the real estate investment company Investar USA, recently announced the development of a new multi-family housing complex in Phoenix, Arizona. The project is designed to offer South Phoenix renters a unique and modern housing option that delivers exceptional views and convenient access to the surrounding 16,000-acre South Mountain Park.

This latest multi-family housing development is an indication that Investar USA continues to place capital into its proven build-to-rent model. This investment model involves buying well located properties and then constructing single-family or multi-family for rent communities.

The complex is situated within a five-minute walk from South Mountain Park. South Mountain Park is one of the largest city parks in the world, and the largest municipal park in the United States. With more than 50 miles of hiking trails and glorious panoramic views, the park and preserve is a cherished resource where locals and tourists alike enjoy hiking, biking, and horseback riding.

While the development is not yet named, land acquisition occurred in January, and construction drawings are nearing completion.. The design is a highly modern architectural style that pays tribute to the traditional Southwestern aesthetic while being entirely contemporary. The innovative design also boasts a stunning visual feature – the building is constructed with thermochromic materials that change color depending upon the season.

Investar USA is co-owned by brothers Travis and Ron Cadman, whose real estate investment experience spans multiple decades and countries. Experienced in build-to-rent investment principles, the brothers have amassed an impressive portfolio of projects in both the United States and Canada. Their company, Investar USA, is a real estate development firm, with multiple properties spanning the Southwest United States.
